Senior Product Manager – Crypto Custody, Tokenisation & Staking

My client is an institutionally backed Fintech business specialising in building cutting edge trading solutions for Cryptocurrency & Digital Assets. Their flagship was the first regulated custody solution for institutional crypto trading and following their series B funding round they are now looking at significant diversification of their commercial offering, with a particular focus on Tokenisation and Staking.

As such they are growing their Product Management team and are looking for an experienced individual with strong knowledge of crypto and digital asset trading and blockchain technology.

What You’ll Do

The business has an aggressive growth strategy spanning client acquisition, geographic and service expansion. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of their product offerings. You will work closely with engineering, compliance, and operation teams to develop and deliver cutting‑edge custody solutions that meet the stringent regulatory requirements and evolving needs of their clients. Your technical expertise and strategic vision will be essential in driving product innovation and ensuring the highest levels of security, compliance, and performance. Prioritisation and alignment with the rest of the business is key, whilst retaining the flexibility to react to market drivers. Key areas of responsibility include:

• Executing the product strategy and roadmap.
• Providing technical leadership, liaising between engineering and other departments.
• Leading the product development process from ideation through launch, and managing project delivery.
• Providing stakeholder management working closely with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to gather requirements and feedback.
• Providing customer focus and insights in order to drive product innovation and improvement.
• Providing leadership and guidance to junior team members.

What You’ll Need

• 10+ years of experience in financial markets, with 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience with blockchain technology and tokenisation.
• Strong background in traditional financial markets (TradFi), and ability to face off to institutional clients in investment banking, and investment management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrable ability to adapt to continual change, strong problem‑solving skills with a constructive and proactive mindset, resilience and curiosity.
• Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Strong STEM focused educational profile.
