Tempest Vane Partners have partnered with a growing systematic hedge fund who have many years of expertise in the commodities trading markets. They are looking for a Senior Full Stack C# Developer to join their software development team which is responsible for architecting and building trading and research systems, critical to generating revenue for the firm.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working in a front office development role for a financial markets firm and have prior experience building trading applications for traders, portfolio managers or quantitative researchers. Being a small team, you will work across many different systems and technologies across the stack so strong backend, frontend and platform development experience is highly desirable.
Key Requirements- 5+ years experience building production systems in C# and .NET including service design, API development and asynchronous processing patterns
- Strong experience with automated testing in .NET
- Knowledge of CI/CD and deploying applications in cloud environments (preferably AWS), including containerised workloads
- Strong knowledge of financial markets and ability to explain technical concepts to business users across the firm
- Developing a new Portfolio Analysis Platform
