What You'll Do
- Design and build next-generation wallet infrastructure on Solana.
- Develop secure, scalable and high-performance systems in Rust.
- Contribute to the architecture of a greenfield digital asset platform.
- Integrate with exchanges, L1/L2 networks and third-party financial services.
- Support production systems across cloud infrastructure and monitoring environments.
- Work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to shape the firm's technical roadmap.
- What You'll Need
- Strong commercial experience with Rust.
- Proven experience developing on Solana, ideally with wallet technologies.
- Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, public/private key cryptography and digital asset infrastructure.
- Experience building secure, enterprise-scale applications.
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Kubernetes and modern engineering practices.
- Passion for Crypto and the future of institutional digital assets.
- Nice to Have
- Exposure to staking, De Fi, tokenisation and ZK technologies.
- Experience working within Financial Services or other highly regulated environments.
