What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate a firm-wide approach to strategic client management.
- Implement institutional-grade client governance framework, including efficient and effective meetings, KPIs and action trackers.
- Measure and be accountable to client satisfaction goals.
- Drive client service excellence efforts across the organisation.
- Provide thought leadership to clients by staying current with market trends and competitor intel.
- Represent the voice of the client to all internal stakeholders and act as the trusted voice of the company to the client.
