The Opportunity
- This is not a traditional helpdesk role
- You'll start with hands-on EUC and desktop support, but quickly gain exposure to
- Power Shell, Python, automation, Infrastructure as Code, Linux, Kubernetes, cloud and AI
The team values engineers who ask “Why are we doing this manually?” and look for ways to automate, improve and fix problems at the source.
What You'll Do
- Support traders, portfolio managers and business users.
- Troubleshoot Windows, hardware, software and infrastructure issues.
- Automate repetitive tasks using
- Power Shell, Python or similar
- Build scripts, tools and solutions to improve the user experience.
- Contribute to infrastructure and automation projects.
- Gain exposure to
- Ia C, Linux, Kubernetes and cloud technologies
- Work alongside experienced infrastructure and platform engineers.
- Continuously improve processes and eliminate operational toil.
