The Role:
As part of a growing Investment Manager Services sales team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across European private equity fund administration services, with a particular focus on the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, Luxembourg and the Channel Islands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing strategic sales and marketing plans across the European private equity market
- Identifying, qualifying and converting new business opportunities
- Managing the full sales lifecycle from origination through to close
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with private equity firms and industry stakeholders
- Delivering tailored proposals and solutions aligned to client requirements
- Representing the business at conferences, seminars and industry events across Europe
- Maintaining deep market knowledge across private equity, regulation and fund services trends
- Collaborating internally across product, operations and relationship management teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong experience within the private equity ecosystem
- Proven track record in sales, relationship management or business development within fund administration, private markets or investment services
- Experience working with private equity managers and fund administrators
- Ability to manage complex sales processes and senior stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Commercially driven with strong organisational and analytical capabilities
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, client-facing environment with regular European travel
