We're looking for passionate, dedicated educators to join the founding team of a brand-new specialist school for pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder, opening in September 2025. Be part of something meaningful-shaping a nurturing, aspirational learning environment right from the very beginning.

About the School

  • A brand-new specialist school for children aged 7-16, with a primary diagnosis of ASD.

  • Full induction starting late August to prepare for a successful September launch.

  • English Teacher

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in PSHE, life skills, or personal development. QTS is not required-ideal for someone with a background in youth work, wellbeing, or SEND support. You'll be helping young people build independence, resilience, and real-world skills.

Why Join Us?

  • A rare opportunity to help shape a brand-new school, providing a fantastic foundation for career progression

  • Small class sizes and a nurturing environment.

  • Collaborative, inclusive ethos focused on individual progress and wellbeing.

  • Full-time, permanent positions with a healthy work-life balance (no late evenings or weekend expectations).

  • Supportive induction and ongoing professional development.

  • Huge car park (having access to a vehicle is preferable due to the schools remote location.
