We are currently recruiting on behalf of a mainstream secondary school, rated as 'Good' by Ofsted, for an experienced Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO) to join their team full-time, starting after the Easter break. As the SENCO, you will play a vital role in ensuring that students with SEND receive the best possible support throughout their academic journey. Key Responsibilities:

- A thorough understanding of SEND legislation, the SEND Code of Practice, and strategies to support students with diverse needs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
