Resettlement Practitioner

This is a resettlement team, working with refugees in community settings. Whilst the key skills highlighted are essential to the role, training will be provided to work with refugees., Assessment, risk assessment, support planning and review are the core elements of the role. The vast majority of refugees have English as a second language. Google translate is used daily. All practitioners work with a number of families and are responsible for related case work.
