We are looking for a mentor-style tutor to support a 13-year-old student in Nottingham with a deep passion for Aerospace Engineering, Steam Engines, and Physics. The student is currently working above age-related expectations in Maths and is looking for an educator who can build a genuine rapport through shared interests. This role is about more than just delivering a curriculum; it is about connecting with a bright mind who has a clear vision of entering the Engineering field.
The Student Profile
- Advanced Learner: Working ahead of their peers in Maths.
- Specialist Interests: A high level of engagement with Aerospace and Physics.
- Support Needs: The student has ASD, ADHD, and a PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile.
The Goal: To build trust and provide academic stretch in Maths, Science (Physics), and English.
