JOB TITLE: Languages Teaching Assistant (French & Spanish) LOCATION: Greenwich SALARY: £145 – £150 per day CONTRACT: Long-term Temporary to Permanent, Term Time Only START DATE: April 2026 (Easter)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and resilient Languages Teaching Assistant to join a supportive secondary school in Greenwich. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a full-time, term-time only role on a temp-to-perm basis, starting this April.

The Role: You will be working closely with students across Key Stages 3 and 4, providing targeted support in both French and Spanish. While we require competency in both languages, we welcome applications from candidates who are stronger in one language than the other, your passion for linguistics is what matters most!

What we are looking for:

• Bilingual ability: Confident speaking and admin-level knowledge of both French and Spanish.

• SEND Knowledge: Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, or a strong understanding of inclusive classroom strategies, is essential.

• Resilience: The ability to think on your feet, work under pressure, and adapt quickly to the needs of the classroom.

• Administrative Skills: You will be assisting the department with translation, marking, and resource preparation, so accuracy in both languages is key.
