We are currently recruiting two experienced EYFS HLTAs / Teaching Assistants to join a welcoming school in Westminster from September. These roles are ideal for Level 3 qualified practitioners who are passionate about early years education and supporting young children during their crucial developmental stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Support children in the EYFS setting, both in whole-class and small-group activities
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and age-appropriate learning
- Provide support for pupils with varying learning and language needs
- Encourage positive behaviour, social development, and independence
- Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
- Experience working within an EYFS setting
- First Aid qualification (preferred)
- Ability to speak Arabic, Kurdish, Albanian, or Bengali is highly desirable
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
