?? Hiring: Occupational Therapist (Adults) – Reablement Team ???? Southampton ?? £34-£38 per hour (DOE) | ? Immediate start available We\’re recruiting an experienced Adults Occupational Therapist to provide short-term cover within a busy Reablement Team in Southampton. This is a hands-on role supporting adults with care and support needs to regain independence , improve daily living skills, and remain safely at home. You\’ll be working in a fast-paced community setting alongside health and social care professionals. What the role involves: ? Adult OT assessments, care planning, and reviews? Supporting independence and reablement goals? Equipment and minor adaptations recommendations? Multi-disciplinary working across health and social care? Supervising OT Assistants and/or students where required What we\’re looking for: ? Qualified Occupational Therapist (Dip/BSc or equivalent)? HCPC registered? Community health or social care experience? Confident managing a varied and unpredictable caseload? Able to travel within Southampton
