This is a critical role supporting pupils with SEMH and emotional regulation needs, requiring a confident practitioner who can establish trust, routine, and stability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured nurture interventions to individuals and small groups
- Support emotional regulation, behaviour, and engagement

Essential Requirements
