We are recruiting an experienced Social Worker to support Practice Development within Adult Social Care Services. The role will focus on improving practice across front door, reablement and hospital social work. You will support case holders, provide peer guidance and work with Service Managers to develop ASYEs, early-career practitioners and colleagues without a Social Work qualification.
Key responsibilities
- Support and train practitioners across Adult Social Care.
- Promote high-quality practice and positive outcomes.
- Assist social workers with professional decision-making.
- Provide peer support to qualified social workers.
- Complete relevant practice-development projects.
Requirements
- Recognised Social Work qualification and current SWE registration.
- At least five years' recent Adult Social Work experience.
- Experience across front door, reablement and hospital services.
- Strong IT skills; Mosaic experience is desirable.
- Enhanced Adults DBS or willingness to obtain one.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
