Pay: £90.00 - £110.00 per day Job description: Learning Support Assistant – Mainstream Primary Schools Location: Worcester Start Date: ASAP/ January 2026 Salary: £90-110 a day Are you a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Assistant looking to make a real difference in children’s education? We are recruiting on behalf of a number of welcoming and inclusive primary schools across Worcester, offering long-term opportunities through our agency. Key Responsibilities: · Support pupils across the primary curriculum, both in class and through small group/1:1 intervention. · Work closely with class teachers to adapt learning to meet individual needs. · Provide support for pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN and EAL. · Encourage positive behaviour and promote an inclusive classroom environment. · Contribute to the social, emotional, and academic development of all pupils. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: · Previous experience working with children (school, nursery, tutoring, youth work or similar). · A passion for supporting learning and development in primary education. · Patience, resilience, and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff. · Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one). · Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
