About the Role: This is a rewarding 1:1 role, working closely with one pupil to provide consistent, patient, and personalised support throughout their school day. You'll build a trusted relationship with the child, helping them feel safe, understood, and able to engage fully in learning and school life. This role would suit someone from a youth work, mentoring, counselling, or graduate background who is looking to bring those relationship-building skills into an education setting.
