I am currently recruiting for a Physiotherapist to work with my client across the Intermediate Care Service in Walsall. You will be working as part of the Integrated Care Service (ICS), supporting patients across reablement, rapid response and rehabilitation bed pathways. This is a varied role where you'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to help individuals regain independence and avoid unnecessary hospital admissions.

The role involves assessing, treating and managing patients within the community and intermediate care settings, contributing to rehabilitation plans and delivering high-quality, person-centred care. This is a fully on-site position, based at Blakenall Village, Thames Road, Walsall (WS3 1LZ). The contract is 37.5 hours per week.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year's postgraduate experience
  • HCPC registered
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Physiotherapy recognised by relevant professional bodies
  • Community Physiotherapy experience
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary team (MDT)
  • Rehabilitation experience is desirable
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
  • Clear DBS (we can put this in process for you)
