SEN experience is desirable, but not essential-what matters most is compassion, creativity, and a student-centred approach. You\’ll play a key role in building routines, curriculum, and culture alongside an experienced, supportive team. Personal Development Lead (PSHE / Life Skills)This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in PSHE, life skills, or personal development.
