Tempest Resourcing Limited in Sutton is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with complex needs and SEMH.

The role includes 1:1 and small group support, using MAPA de-escalation techniques as part of a behaviour plan, and assisting with personal care as needed.

You will work with teachers, therapists and family liaison staff, and benefit from a genuine temp-to-perm route, full induction, ongoing CPD and weekly PAYE pay.
