Tempest Education are seeking to hire supply teachers to work within our partnership primary schools in the North London area. As a day-to-day supply teacher, you will be working across primary schools within North London. The beauty of supply bookings is you can pick and choose when you want to work. You're strongly advised to apply if you're a higher-level teaching assistant (HLTA) who has experience of covering classes and leading lessons.

Main Responsibilities

  • Covering classes throughout the day
  • Establish strong rapports with the pupils to ensure they succeed
  • Leave a handover for the class teacher the next day in regards to anything they must know
  • Follow the school policies, rules and procedures

What we can offer you

  • You can work whenever you desire
  • You will have no responsibility of planning or marking involved as a supply teacher
  • Term time work only, start times of 8:30am and latest finish time of 4:00pm
  • Salary: £145 - £200 per day
  • You will have a dedicated consultant that will support you
  • Full-time & Part-time
