The role will include managing a caseload 8-10 of families that live within Greater London and also facilitating Foster Carer training and Support Groups. Participate in the Out of Hours Support provided to Foster Carers We reward loyalty and pay additional productivity bonuses We are based in Surrey Quays but we work within a hybrid model so there is flexibility to work from home 3 days a week and 2 days in the office
