Hiring: Occupational Therapist (Adults) – Reablement Team 🚨 📍 Southampton 💷 £34-£38 per hour (DOE) | ⏱ Immediate start available We\’re recruiting an experienced Adults Occupational Therapist to provide short-term cover within a busy Reablement Team in Southampton. This is a hands-on role supporting adults with care and support needs to regain independence, improve daily living skills, and remain safely at home. You\’ll be working in a fast-paced community setting alongside health and social care professionals. What the role involves: ✔ Adult OT assessments, care planning, and reviews ✔ Supporting independence and reablement goals ✔ Equipment and minor adaptations recommendations ✔ Multi-disciplinary working across health and social care ✔ Supervising OT Assistants and/or students where required What we\’re looking for: ✅ Qualified Occupational Therapist (Dip/BSc or equivalent) ✅ HCPC registered ✅ Community health or social care experience ✅ Confident managing a varied and unpredictable caseload ✅ Able to travel within Southampton
