A welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in Waltham Forest is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join their supportive team.\\n\\nAbout the Role:\\n\\nAs an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to provide targeted support for pupils with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and speech and language difficulties. Your role will be pivotal in helping students access the curriculum and achieve their full potential in a nurturing environment.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nAssist teachers in planning and delivering differentiated lessons and activities =.\\nFoster a positive and inclusive classroom that supports the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.\\nCollaborate with parents, teachers, and external agencies to support students' progress and well-being.\\nMaintain accurate records of students' progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents.
