Tempest Education are working with a Primary School in Liverpool. The school is the heartbeat of the community and is OFSTED graded 'GOOD'. The School are looking to appoint the Teacher as soon as possible for a KS2 class.
Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering lessons to children within KS2
- Planning and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Plan and create engaging lessons
- Assessing pupil progress within KS2
- Working and collaborating with Teachers and outside agencies
- Supporting classroom activities and adapting resources to meet student's needs
- Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development
- Collaborating with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other professionals to deliver targeted interventions
This is an excellent role to come in and really make a difference to a primary school in the heart of the community.
Requirements
- Experience Teaching in the UK and within KS2
- Patience, compassion, and a positive approach to supporting children's learning
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- QTS
- A genuine passion for working in education and helping children succeed
- An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
