We're recruiting an experienced Adults Occupational Therapist to provide short-term cover within a busy Reablement Team in Southampton.
This is a hands-on role supporting adults with care and support needs to regain independence, improve daily living skills, and remain safely at home. You'll be working in a fast-paced community setting alongside health and social care professionals.
What the role involves:
- Adult OT assessments, care planning, and reviews
- Supporting independence and reablement goals
- Equipment and minor adaptations recommendations
- Multi-disciplinary working across health and social care
- Supervising OT Assistants and/or students where required
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Occupational Therapist (Dip/BSc or equivalent)
- HCPC registered
- Community health or social care experience
- Confident managing a varied and unpredictable caseload
- Able to travel within Southampton
