Play a key role in the strategic and operational leadership of a specialist secondary provision, leading staff and improving outcomes for pupils with SEND and SEMH needs.

Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree qualification
- Proven senior leadership experience within education
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and school improvement
- Experience leading and developing staff
- Track record of raising standards and improving pupil outcomes
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND, SEMH or within specialist/alternative provision
- Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills
Desirable
- NPQSL or NPQH (or willingness to work towards)
- Ofsted inspection and school improvement experience
- Leadership within specialist SEND or Alternative Provision settings
