We are currently working in partnership with a welcoming SEND primary school in South Manchester to recruit a dedicated and compassionate Special Needs Primary Teacher.
This role is ideal for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and experienced in adapting learning to meet the needs of pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and complex learning needs. Classes are small, well-supported, and centred around structure, routine, and engagement.
The Role
- Teaching a primary class within a specialist SEND setting
- Delivering highly differentiated and inclusive lessons
- Working with pupils with a range of SEND needs
- Leading learning with support from experienced SEND TAs
- Creating a calm, nurturing, and structured classroom environment
- Working closely with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
