Tempest Resourcing is looking for a full-time Personal Care Assistant to join a special needs school in Manchester. This is a non-classroom based role focused on providing personal care and support to students throughout the school day.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist students with toileting and personal care throughout the day

Work effectively in teams of 2-4 staff, depending on placement

Maintain dignity, respect, and safety for all students

Communicate clearly with staff, students, and families

Requirements:

Excellent verbal English and communication skills

Experience in a similar role with children or adults preferred

Manual handling certificate xiskglj advantageous

Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
