LSA with PSHE/ Music Speciality

The Role: We are seeking a committed and experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA) or Teaching Assistant (TA) to join The Skills Hub, a co-educational Alternative Provision supporting pupils aged 11-16 who cannot attend mainstream school. Many of the students are at risk of, or have experienced, permanent exclusion, so strong behaviour management skills are essential. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who need guidance, support, and consistency.
