Reception, providing tailored SEN support to help pupils thrive in their learning and development.
Key Requirements
- A
- Level 3 qualification in Childcare
(essential).
- Experience of working with children in
Early Years and/or Key Stage 1 .
- A strong understanding of play-based, child-centred learning.
- Ability to provide targeted SEN support while enabling children to access the wider curriculum.
- Flexible, patient, and able to adapt support to individual needs.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
