The successful candidate will support children across

Reception, providing tailored SEN support to help pupils thrive in their learning and development.

Key Requirements

  • A
  • Level 3 qualification in Childcare

  • Experience of working with children in

Early Years and/or Key Stage 1 .

  • A strong understanding of play-based, child-centred learning.
  • Ability to provide targeted SEN support while enabling children to access the wider curriculum.
  • Flexible, patient, and able to adapt support to individual needs.
  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work independently when required.
