We are working with a small Housing Association based in East London, that are looking to augment their existing team with a Head of Resident Services. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior housing professional maybe looking to take the step-up to lead a larger service.

You will be required to lead property services, including responsive repairs, asset management, compliance, planned works, and caretaking services.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience managing housing/property services teams, contractor performance, budgets, compliance, and service improvement within a social housing environment.
