We are looking for a compassionate and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Surrey, supporting pupils with Autism (ASD), SEMH, ADHD and other complex learning needs. This is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of young people.
The Role
- Support pupils in the classroom and 1:1 as needed
- Assist in delivering personalised learning plans and interventions
- Help manage behaviour using positive, trauma-informed approaches
- Work closely with teachers, therapists, and pastoral staff

We Are Looking For
