Tempest Resourcing is seeking enthusiastic and caring Graduate Learning Support Assistants to join a range of fantastic schools across London.

About the Role

As a Graduate LSA, you will support pupils with a variety of SEN needs—including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language difficulties, and learning delays. Working under the guidance of experienced teachers and SENCOs, you will help pupils access learning, build confidence, and develop essential skills both in and out of the classroom. This is an ideal role for graduates considering a career in teaching, psychology, therapy, or youth work.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEN
  • Assist with classroom activities, differentiation, and behaviour support
  • Help create a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
  • Track pupil progress and provide feedback to the class teacher/SENCO
  • Support pupils' social, emotional, and academic development

What We're Looking For

  • A recent graduate (any degree discipline welcome)
  • A passion for working with children, particularly those with SEN
  • Empathy, patience, and strong communication skills
  • A proactive and flexible attitude
  • Previous experience with children or SEN (desirable but NOT essential)
