London Borough of Harrow is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join the Integrated Front Door Service.

You will rapidly assess, plan, and implement care interventions to support independence for adults and carers, coordinating adaptations and equipment while upholding TEC principles.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, following the Care Act 2014 and MCA guidelines, with supervision aligned to your experience and our policy.

Flexible hours available (18–36 hours).
