An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and visionary Executive Headteacher to lead a group of specialist SEN provisions across Greater Manchester. This strategic leadership role will oversee multiple school sites supporting pupils aged 5-16 with a range of Special Educational Needs. Working alongside established Heads of School and senior leadership teams, you will drive educational excellence, operational consistency, safeguarding standards, and continuous school improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership across multiple SEN settings
- Drive operational excellence and consistency across schools
- Lead OFSTED readiness and school improvement initiatives
- Ensure high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum delivery
- Champion safeguarding, attendance, behaviour and wellbeing
- Develop and support senior leaders and Heads of School
- Work collaboratively with central teams on compliance, staffing and quality assurance
- Maintain strong relationships with commissioners and stakeholders
Essential Requirements:
- QTS/QTLS (or equivalent)
- Successful Headteacher experience
