We are looking for an experienced Senior Premises Operative to oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety, and security of a busy preparatory school site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the Premises Operative.
- Carry out maintenance, repairs, and site inspections.
- Ensure the school grounds and buildings are safe, secure, and well-presented.
- Coordinate contractors and support school events.
- Act as a keyholder and participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota.
- Undertake gate duties and operational checks.
- Drive the school minibus where appropriately licensed.
Requirements:
- Previous premises, facilities, caretaking, or site management experience.
- Strong practical maintenance skills.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one immediately).
- Available for an immediate start.
- Full UK driving licence (D1 entitlement desirable). xgikmsk
