Band 7 Community Occupational Therapist 45 per hour | Brent | Outside of IR35 Overview I m currently recruiting for a Band 7 Community Occupational Therapist to join a Community Rehabilitation service in Brent.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established multidisciplinary team delivering short-term rehabilitation to adults within the community.

You ll manage your own caseload, carrying out home visits, completing rehabilitation-focused assessments and follow-up interventions, and supporting patients to maximise their independence.

While you ll be managing a caseload of around 55 active patients, the cases are predominantly follow-up rehabilitation work rather than highly complex assessments.

The current team are managing these caseloads successfully, making this a realistic and well-supported workload for an experienced community clinician.

Your day will start and finish at the team s main base, where you ll plan your visits, complete documentation and work alongside the wider multidisciplinary team.
