The role

  • Complete person-centred OT assessments for children, young people, and adults
  • Recommend equipment, adaptations & manual handling solutions
  • Manage and prioritise a mixed caseload, including complex cases
  • Complete reviews and contribute to care and support planning
  • Work closely with families, carers, health, education, and housing professionals
  • Maintain accurate records in line with legislation and local policy

Requirements

  • HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
  • Experience in Children’s and/or Adults’ Social Care
  • Strong knowledge of equipment, adaptations & manual handling
  • Ability to work autonomously with sound professional judgement
