The role
- Complete person-centred OT assessments for children, young people, and adults
- Recommend equipment, adaptations & manual handling solutions
- Manage and prioritise a mixed caseload, including complex cases
- Complete reviews and contribute to care and support planning
- Work closely with families, carers, health, education, and housing professionals
- Maintain accurate records in line with legislation and local policy
Requirements
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Experience in Children’s and/or Adults’ Social Care
- Strong knowledge of equipment, adaptations & manual handling
- Ability to work autonomously with sound professional judgement
