We are currently recruiting for several Learning Support roles at our partner SEN Specialist School in Boston, Lincolnshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs.
We have the following opportunities available:
- Cover Supervisor - supervising pupil learning, managing behaviour, and delivering cover work in line with school policies
- Primary Learning Support Assistant - supporting young learners in a specialist setting
- Secondary Learning Support Assistant - helping older pupils access the curriculum and develop independence
All roles are available for an immediate start. You will work alongside teachers to support pupils with SEN, both in small groups and on a one-to-one basis. Responsibilities include:
- Helping pupils engage with learning activities
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Supporting personal care where needed
- Contributing to a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment
Essential Requirements for All Roles
- GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- NVQ Level 3 qualification and/or relevant practical work experience
- Experience working within a school or team environment (preferably SEN)
- Strong ICT skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of safeguarding, data protection (GDPR), and confidentiality
