We are seeking a calm, resilient, and dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to join a supportive primary school in Bolton. The role involves working closely with pupils who display challenging behaviour, SEMH needs, or additional learning needs, providing consistent support to help them engage positively with learning.\\n\\nThis is a rewarding role for someone who is passionate about supporting pupils' emotional and behavioural development.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities:\\n\\nProvide 1:1 and small-group behaviour support\\n\\nSupport pupils with emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies\\n\\nImplement behaviour plans and strategies set by the SENCO or leadership team\\n\\nDe-escalate challenging situations calmly and effectively\\n\\nBuild strong, trusting relationships with pupils\\n\\nSupport learning both in and out of the classroom\\n\\nWork collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nExperience working with children with SEMH or behavioural needs (school or care setting preferred)\\n\\nCalm, patient, and consistent approach\\n\\nStrong behaviour management and communication skills\\n\\nAbility to remain resilient in challenging situations\\n\\nCommitment to safeguarding and child welfare
