Make a Real Difference to Resident Safety and Wellbeing
We're looking for a proactive and organised Compliance Officer to join a customer-led Property Services team. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring homes remain safe, compliant, and maintained to the highest standards.
You'll coordinate statutory compliance programmes across gas, fire, electrical, water safety, asbestos, lifts and EPCs, while managing contractors, maintaining compliance records, and ensuring all remedial actions are completed on time.
You'll also play a key role in delivering compliance with Awaab's Law, managing Damp, Condensation & Mould cases, supporting void properties, and helping our client achieve 100% health and safety compliance across their housing stock.
