This is a genuinely strong Senior Project Manager opportunity within a growing, well established construction consultancy that continues to win major workplace programmes across the North West.
They are looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager into their Manchester team as part of continued growth, driven by a secured pipeline of work rather than speculative hiring.
You will be joining a high performing project management team delivering Cat A and Cat B commercial fit-out schemes for major clients. These are long term programmes typically ranging from £300m to £500m, offering continuity, scale and complexity rather than one off delivery.
The work is varied and high quality:
- High end corporate office environments for financial institutions
- Complex refurbishments within listed and heritage buildings
- Design led projects where quality and detail matter
Individuals are rotated across projects and sectors to keep things fresh and build broader experience. There has also been a strong run of internal promotions recently, giving a clear and realistic pathway for progression.
You will take ownership of projects from early stage through to completion:
- Lead coordination across design, commercial and delivery teams
- Manage programme, risk and quality across multiple schemes
You will be operating within a construction consultancy, developer or main contractor environment.
Requirements:
- Strong experience delivering Cat A and/or Cat B commercial fit-out projects
- Good understanding of JCT contracts and project delivery
- Either an established Senior Project Manager or a Project Manager ready to step up
