With a 5-star Customer Experience rating and a national reputation for delivering high-quality, sustainable developments, our client is a market leader in both brownfield urban regeneration and large-scale greenfield garden communities. Their land-led development model is supported by in-house expertise in land acquisition, planning, and pre-construction, and their profits are reinvested to further their mission of tackling the housing crisis through long-term, community-focused projects.
The opportunity involves overseeing design and technical strategy, managing risk and performance across pre-construction phases, and ensuring robust solutions that partnering contractors can deliver efficiently and effectively.
We’re looking for an experienced and inspirational leader who can drive high performance and innovation across multi-disciplinary pre-construction teams. You will bring:
- Extensive experience in property development or construction, with a strong track record in leading pre-construction and project management functions.
- A deep understanding of residential development, particularly large-scale and complex schemes.
- Technical and commercial acumen, ideally supported by relevant academic qualifications.
- Professional membership of a recognised chartered institution (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM) is desirable.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of sustainable housing delivery across their Northern region, with a company that offers:
- An excellent salary and benefits package, including car allowance, performance bonus, family healthcare, generous pension, and flexible holidays.
- A positive, inclusive culture that values work-life balance and professional growth.
