Our client, a leading independent real estate and infrastructure consultancy, is seeking a polished and commercially astute Senior Project Manager and an Associate Project Manager to join their London team. The role

You will lead the delivery of complex projects from inception to completion, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and ensuring excellence at every stage.

  • Acting as the primary client interface, providing strategic guidance and project leadership

About you

You will be a confident and credible Project Manager with experience delivering complex healthcare or life sciences projects in the UK, ideally from a consultancy or client-side background. All prospective candidates must be able to obtain security clearance.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven track record delivering large-scale hospital, clinic or life sciences projects
  • Consultancy or client-side experience in construction/project management
  • Strong experience working with public and private sector clients
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-value, high-profile programmes
  • Excellent client-facing presence with strong communication skills
  • Degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience
