Our client, a leading independent real estate and infrastructure consultancy, is seeking a polished and commercially astute Senior Project Manager and an Associate Project Manager to join their London team. These are growth hires as the team expands to support an increasing pipeline of projects across these sectors.
This is an opportunity to work on large-scale construction and refurbishment schemes across hospitals, clinics, and medical facilities, delivering complex programmes for both private and public sector clients. The role
You will lead the delivery of complex projects from inception to completion, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and ensuring excellence at every stage.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing large-scale hospital, clinic and medical facility refurbishment or new-build programmes
- Acting as the primary client interface, providing strategic guidance and project leadership
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver on programme, cost, and quality objectives
- Driving strong commercial performance and risk management across project lifecycles
- Ensuring best practice in governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Supporting junior team members and contributing to wider team growth
About you
You will be a confident and credible Project Manager with experience delivering complex healthcare projects in the UK, ideally from a consultancy or client-side background. All prospective candidates must be able to obtain security clearance.
Essential skills and experience:
- Proven track record delivering large-scale hospital, clinic or medical facility projects
- Consultancy or client-side experience in construction/project management
- Strong experience working with public and private sector clients
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-value, high-profile programmes
- Excellent client-facing presence with strong communication skills
- Degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience
