Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in large-scale commercial real estate projects looking to work on some of London’s most significant developments? Our client, a leading independent real estate and infrastructure consultancy, is looking to appoint Project Manager and Senior Project Managers into their growing London team. These are strategic growth hires driven by an expanding pipeline of major commercial schemes across the capital.

This is an opportunity to join a highly respected consultancy delivering complex commercial developments and refurbishment programmes across some of London’s most high-profile assets. Their portfolio spans large-scale office developments, mixed-use commercial schemes, repositioning projects and major asset enhancement programmes for institutional investors, developers, landlords and corporate occupiers. Known for delivering commercially focused, high-quality developments, they work closely with clients to maximise asset value while delivering exceptional project outcomes. These are landmark schemes that play a key role in shaping London’s commercial real estate landscape.

The role

You will lead the delivery of major commercial real estate projects from inception through to completion, acting as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring successful delivery across programme, cost and quality objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing large-scale commercial development and refurbishment projects across London
  • Acting as the primary client interface, providing strategic project leadership and commercial advice
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams throughout the project lifecycle
  • Managing project governance, reporting, risk and procurement processes
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, developers, occupiers and key stakeholders
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to wider team growth and business development

About you

You will be a confident and commercially astute Project Manager with proven experience delivering complex commercial real estate projects within the UK market.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Strong track record delivering large-scale commercial development or refurbishment projects
  • Consultancy, developer-side or client-side project management background
  • Experience working across major commercial real estate schemes within London or the wider UK market
  • Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage high-value programmes
  • Degree qualified in construction, project management, real estate or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
