We’re looking for an experienced and inspirational leader who can drive high performance and innovation across multi-disciplinary pre-construction teams. You will bring:
- Extensive experience in property development or construction, with a strong track record in leading pre-construction and project management functions.
- A deep understanding of residential development, particularly large-scale and complex schemes.
- Technical and commercial acumen, ideally supported by relevant academic qualifications.
- Professional membership of a recognised chartered institution (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM) is desirable.
