Are you ready to lead high-profile workplace programmes that redefine how major organisations experience their office environments? Our client, a leading independent real estate and infrastructure consultancy, is seeking a polished and commercially astute Senior Project Manager and an Associate level Project Manager to join their London team. These roles are growth hires as the team is expanding and resource capability is needed due to additional projects.

This is an opportunity to work on large-scale corporate workplace schemes for blue-chip occupiers, delivering complex office fit outs, relocations and refurbishments across some of the capital’s most significant commercial buildings. Their portfolio includes projects for organisations such as British Airways, major financial institutions, multinational corporates and global brands. Renowned for delivering high-quality, design-led outcomes, they partner closely with clients to create exceptional workplace environments that are both functional and visually impressive. This is not cut-and-carve refurbishment work. These are flagship corporate programmes that set new standards for modern offices.

The role

You will lead the delivery of complex commercial workplace projects from inception through to completion, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and ensuring excellence at every stage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing major office fit-out, relocation and refurbishment programmes
  • Acting as the primary client interface, providing strategic guidance and project leadership
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver on programme, cost and quality objectives
  • Driving strong commercial performance and risk management across project lifecycles
  • Ensuring best practice in governance, reporting and stakeholder communication
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to wider team growth

About you

You will be a confident and credible Project Manager with experience delivering large, complex commercial workplace schemes in the UK, ideally from a consulting or client background.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven track record delivering large-scale office fit-out or occupier projects
  • Consultancy or client-side background
  • Strong experience working with corporate occupiers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead high-value, high-profile programmes
  • Excellent client-facing presence with strong communication skills
  • Degree in a construction-related discipline or equivalent experience

What’s on offer

Our client is committed to supporting your development while giving you access to career-defining projects in a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Benefits include:

  • Annual bonus
  • Structured career development and CPD support
  • Flexible and hybrid working
  • Inclusive and supportive team culture
  • Opportunity to work on landmark London workplace programmes
