The role

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive project management professional to take the lead on complex residential and masterplanning schemes across the region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing delivery of residential and regeneration projects in line with client objectives and governance standards
  • Driving excellence in design, planning and delivery, with a focus on sustainable communities and placemaking
  • Overseeing masterplanning processes, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
  • Ensuring performance across health & safety, commercial outcomes, quality and risk management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members while contributing to wider business growth

About you

You will be a confident and experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in residential development and large-scale masterplanning. Ideally, you will come from a consultancy, client-side or development background and be adept at managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Degree in a construction-related discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven track record of delivering residential or regeneration projects, ideally including large-scale masterplans
  • Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced, challenging environments
